Christmas Return Policy: Items purchased at full price beginning Nov. 1 can be returned for in store credit until Jan. 3.
ALL SEASONAL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. 
Please be aware of holiday store hours for returns.

*All promotions, sale, discounted and seasonal items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

* Gift Cards are final sale.

General Return Policy: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from The Lovely Fig, you can return your full price item(s) for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date or in store credit within 30 days of the purchase date. The package must be postmarked within the respective timeframe (14 or 30 days from the purchase date).

You, the customer, will be responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to The Lovely Fig. 

Refunds will be issued for full price items that fall within the return window.  

Returns must be unworn and in the state you received them.

Merchandise returned without original tags attached will not be accepted for a refund.


How to Return:

1.  Email hello@thelovelyfig.com and notify us of your return - including order number, name and phone number. Put "Online Return" in the subject line of the email.

2.  Text the store at 502-777-5821 to notify us of your return as well.

3.  Mail your package to The Lovely Fig, 6950 Shelbyville Rd. Suite 1, Simpsonville, KY 40067. Include your order number, name and phone number in package.


4.  Once we have received the package we will issue a refund to either the original form of payment (14 days) or with an in store gift card (30 days).
